APUZES IELA 51, RIGA

“Iris Apartments”,a large-scale residential project on Apuzes Street, Riga. 70 apartments were successfully built and sold to end users. The remaining part of the development — with full building permits in place — was sold as a complete project to a new developer. Status: Partially built and sold; remaining project sold with permits. Total apartment units: 220. Total area: 14,000 m². Built and sold units: 70.
